What this site is.

This site shares Dr. Nupur Jain’s clinical approach to functional medicine, the conditions she works with, and the Root Method programmes. It is written carefully and reviewed by a qualified physician. It is still general information. It is not a substitute for personal medical advice, examination, or treatment from your own clinician.

By using this site, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Permitted use.

You are welcome to read every page, share links with friends and family, apply to a programme, and subscribe to the newsletter. You may quote short passages with credit and a link back to the original page.

You may not scrape the site, mirror it on another domain, republish full essays, train a model on the content, or pass off our writing as your own. If you would like to translate or reproduce something at length, write to us first.

Intellectual property.

All content on this site, including the writing, the design system, the photography commissioned for the practice, and the Beyond Meds and Root Method names, is the intellectual property of Beyond Meds and Dr. Nupur Jain unless explicitly noted otherwise. Where royalty-free or stock photography is used, it is credited to its source.

Programmes and applications.

The application form is the first step. Submitting it does not guarantee acceptance into a programme. We review every application carefully and only take on as many patients as we can actually look after. If your situation is better handled by another kind of clinician, we will say so.

The Diagnostic consultation has a fixed fee, which is shared before you book. That fee is non-refundable once the call has been held, because the work has happened. If we cancel for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund.

The Root Method programme terms (scope, duration, fees, what is included, what is not) are shared with you in writing after the Diagnostic, before you commit to anything. The programme begins only when you have read those terms and confirmed in writing.

Third-party links.

Some pages link out to research papers, news articles, or partner tools. We choose those links carefully, but we do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Read their own terms when you land there.

Liability.

We do our best to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise it is free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Beyond Meds and Dr. Nupur Jain are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including reliance on its content without seeking your own clinical advice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or any programme is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

Updates to these terms.

We update this page when we change the terms, and we refresh the date at the top each time. The version on this page is the live version.
