The bridge between the Diagnostic and the deeper Elixir work.
The Diagnostic showed us why your body has been signalling. Ascend is where we start answering it. Thirty days of focused work on the five things every chronic case rests on: food, sleep, gut, stress, and movement. Nothing fancy. Nothing extreme. Just the foundations, done properly, in the right order.
The point of this phase is to take you from triggered to stable. From a body that is reacting to everything to one that has its feet under it again. That stability is what the longer Elixir protocol builds on. Skip it, and the deeper work has nothing to land on.
Five things you get for the next thirty days.
- 01
A personalised 30-day food and sleep protocol
Built for Indian kitchens, Indian lifestyles, and the timing your day actually allows. No quinoa-and-kale lists you cannot follow.
- 02
Three follow-up consults at days 0, 14, and 30
Day 0 sets the plan. Day 14 catches what is working and what is not. Day 30 reviews the shift and decides whether you move into Elixir or stabilise here.
- 03
A small set of targeted supplements where indicated
We use the smallest set that does the job. If your case does not need them, we do not add them. Cost transparency upfront.
- 04
WhatsApp and email support for daily questions
The unglamorous reality of behaviour change is the question you have at 4 PM about a snack. You can ask, and someone clinical will answer.
- 05
An optional gut rest protocol if your case calls for it
Bloating, reflux, or a Diagnostic that flagged gut work. We add a structured rest phase only when the case asks for it, not by default.
What the rhythm of Day 1 to Day 7 looks like.
Your protocol will be specific to you. The skeleton, though, looks like this. Predictable timing, real Indian food, and enough fat and protein at every meal to keep the cravings quiet.
Warm water. No tea or coffee on an empty stomach for the first two weeks.
Protein-led. Eggs, paneer bhurji, moong chilla, sprouts. Carbs come with protein, not before it.
A defined snack so you are not raiding the kitchen at 11. Usually a fruit with nuts or a small handful of roasted chana.
A real meal. Roti or rice, a sabzi, dal or a protein, curd. Eaten sitting down, in 20 minutes, not at the desk.
The protein and fat snack that kills the 5 PM sugar craving before it shows up. Boiled egg, peanut butter on a slice of fruit, or a small portion of leftover sabzi.
Light dinner. Finished by 8 PM. Soup, a khichdi, grilled fish with sabzi, or dal-chawal in a smaller bowl.
Lights low by 10. Phone out of the bedroom. Asleep by 10:30. Sleep is half the protocol.
Thirty minutes of walking, every day, non-negotiable. Three days a week of basic strength work. We start small. We do not start at the gym.
You probably belong here if…
Your Diagnostic showed that the foundations need a reset before any deeper work makes sense. Or you have tried the usual lifestyle advice. Eat clean, sleep well, move more. And it has not stuck, because nobody handed you a structure that fits an Indian kitchen and a real working week.
Ascend is also the right starting point if your sleep is broken, your gut is loud, your energy crashes by 4 PM, or your cycles are irregular but the labs are still mostly in range. It is not the place for severe cases that already need the longer protocol. The Diagnostic decides which one you start in.
What thirty days can and cannot do.
Most patients feel the shift by day 10 to 14. Energy steadier through the afternoon. Sleep deeper. Gut quieter. The 4 PM crash fades. The morning fog lifts. These are the early signals that the foundation is settling.
Numbers usually start moving by week 3 to 4. Fasting sugar trends down. Weight begins to drop, slowly. Skin starts looking different in photos. Bloating becomes the exception, not the rule.
What thirty days will not fully shift: cycles that have been irregular for years, a full thyroid panel, deep metabolic numbers like HbA1c or lipids. Those need Phase III to land properly. Ascend sets the table. Elixir does the longer work.
Some patients spend forty-five days here instead of thirty if the starting point was rough. That is a clinical call, not a failure.
Two notes from people who started here.
Cycles were coming once in 70 to 80 days for the last four years. By month four on the protocol, I got a 32 day cycle and then a 29 day one. Acne on jawline almost gone. Dr. Nupur does not rush you on calls and that helped me actually understand what was happening with my body.
HbA1c from 7.6 to 6.1 in five months. Lost 9 kg without going to the gym. Mummy keeps asking what magic I am doing.
